We’re a local State Farm Agency looking for enthusiastic team members to provide exceptional customer service and support. What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with questions about their policies and accounts
- Take payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls promptly and provide helpful, friendly support
- Review policy renewals and keep customers informed through timely correspondence
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing clear solutions
- Learn and grow by obtaining your state insurance license with our full support

What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – this is a must to effectively serve our diverse community
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, proactive problem solver dedicated to outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well with others and build meaningful customer connections
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (Don’t worry, we’ll help you through the process!)
